I think this would be fundamental not just in anti-lag and modablity, but also make connection problems much, much less prominient. If, in this case we wanted a mod-able game like sound-effects and other things, there would be a specialized '.pack, etc.' to mod the clientside to improve or make it funnier by adding weird or wacky sound-effects or playermodels. Also, to prevent the stealing of other's work, we could package and encrypt the required files to prevent stealing. This would definitely help reduce lag in exchange for a little chunk of hard drive space. Thus, of course could also be practical for large multiplayer games, so you could download the maps then play the game, making the load for the servers to take much less of a burden, which priorities could be put towards ping and server-client functions. Also, you would have considerably much less (internet) lag because all of the files and parts are on the computer, also requiring less work to offset it from the ROBLOX servers. Offline games would be useful because not only would reduce loading times, but you would be able to support a much larger map and more parts, etc. Okay, I have been saying this for awhile now.
